Crystal Palace were amazing from start to finish. We enjoyed the menu tasting offered by Crystal Palace as we got to sample not just the food but meet other couples. Everyone was friendly & accommodating on our wedding day, we had guests compliment the wait staff for being kind & helpful. We couldn't have asked for more as they night ran extremely smooth! Would highly recommend them for your wedding / events!

The team at Crystal Palace did an amazing job to cater for our wedding reception. Our entire experience with Kim and the team has been fantastic, from the first meeting, to the food tasting (where we were very well fed) and the lead up to the big day. Communication with the team was great and all staff on the day were super friendly and helpful.

Crystal Palace Catering were our number 1 choice for catering and we were lucky to book them in early for our date! We couldn't have asked for better service, from initial booking all the way to the reception. The team were amazing to deal with and we had so many compliments on the food. We loved the thoughtful extras, like being invited to a sampling dinner with all the other couples. Thank you so much to the team - Kim, Peter, Dorian, you guys are the best! Highly recommend

Crystal Palace Catering was the first supplier I booked in as soon as I picked my date. They catered my sister's wedding a decade ago and I knew I had to go with them. The food was absolutely delicious! Guests said everything tasted really good and that they were super full afterwards - some had to takeaway. Kim was great to work with leading up to the big day and Thu kept everything running smoothly on the day. The Crystal Palace staff were so attentive to everyone and I got so excited whenever I saw a new plate of food on my table. I also appreciated them packing my food away when I was too busy to eat. Highly recommend Crystal Palace catering!

They were outstanding! We got an asian banquet of 10 courses and we were beyond full! They provided waitstaff and had a manager to organise everything for us as well on the day.

Highly recommend Crystal Palace catering. Staff provided exceptional customer service. Always prompt to reply to questions. Provided easy to follow table arrangements templates. Food was great and well presented - also flexible with the numerous dietary requirements. Special call out to Kim for coordinating our wedding - thank you!

They were absolutely amazing! The food was just awesome, our guests loved it! We really preferred having a separate caterer from our venue and we got the best service from them.

They "catered" to all our needs and wants - it was customised and staff were friendly and engaging the whole night, everyone was helpful, I could not have fault them even though we had 350 guest, they tailored to us without fail even sharing a kitchen with another wedding.

Easily our best vendor!They're organised, efficient and had great communication! Their menus was extensive to cater to everyone's dietary needs. Everyone spoke highly of their meals and drinks. Quick service too- no one was left hungry! Shoutout to Kim, Teresa and the rest of the CP team.

Crystal Palace, we can't recommend their catering enough. They are professional, well organised, have excellent communication (prompt responses!) and on top of all this, their food was amazing. We received so many compliments from all our guests, lobster was so fresh, quail tasted like it just came out the fryer (so fresh!), and the appetisers were spot on. Crystal Palace has made our wedding process so seamless, there is not one thing we would change! A big thank you to Kim, Teresa and the entire Crystal Palace team. We had Crystal Palace cater for our wedding and we couldn't recommend them enough!After attending many events and celebrations, we can genuinely say that they are the best in the business for Asian catering. The food was delicious and you know when your picky family raves about it, that says it all! From our very first interaction, Kim was responsive and professional. This was highly appreciated considering wedding planning has its challenges. It really made the whole process smooth and seamless. On the wedding night itself, Teresa was our coordinator and she was so sweet and lovely! The food service ran efficiently but she also went above and beyond to help with other tasks related to guests and vendors. She really took care of us and made sure we had an amazing, stress-free night. Thank you to the Crystal Palace team! We can't wait to see you at future events.
