Hiring Crystal Palace was the best decision we made for our wedding. From the very first tasting to the final cleanup, Kim, Dorian and the team were complete professionals. They handled our guest’s dietary restrictions (vegan, GF, and allergies) and special requests with such care and ease, making sure everyone felt included and well-fed. Our guest have been raving on about how fresh and delicious our menu was. They claimed it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. The staff was attentive, the timeline was executed perfectly, and I didn't have to worry about a single detail all night. They are so much more than just caterers—they are event experts.

Amazing service and delicious food! Definitely the top pick for Asian banquet style catering needs. We were extremely fortunate to have the chance to book Crystal Palace for our wedding, widely known as the best Asian catering service in Melbourne. I had the pleasure of working with Kim, who is incredibly organised and reliable. Every request I made was handled promptly and efficiently with excellent communication over the course of 2 years. During the week of the wedding, we also had the pleasure of meeting Mandy and Dorian who were our function coordinator and manager. Thanks to their expert coordination, everything went according to plan with no hiccups or issues throughout the night. Ultimately, the quality and taste of the food was delicious, and we received nothing but praise from our guests who all left well fed and happy! We couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience and would highly recommend Crystal Palace!

The service was impeccable; all the staff were friendly, polite, and incredibly attentive, making every guest feel welcome and well cared for. He ensured everything was seamless, allowing us to relax and enjoy the night without stress. His efforts truly made the event unforgettable. Highly recommend Crystal Palace catering. Staff provided exceptional customer service. Always prompt to reply to questions. Provided easy to follow table arrangements templates. Crystal Palace, we can't recommend their catering enough. They are professional, well organised, have excellent communication (prompt responses!) and on top of all this, their food was amazing. We received so many compliments from all our guests, lobster was so fresh, quail tasted like it just came out the fryer (so fresh!), and the appetisers were spot on. Crystal Palace has made our wedding process so seamless, there is not one thing we would change! A big thank you to Kim, Teresa and the entire Crystal Palace team.
